I'm wondering if anyone has reccomendations for a place to get manis/pedis in St Paul the day before the wedding. Looking for something cheap and casual!

    If you're willing to go to Roseville, there's a place that I LOVE.  It's called "Perfect Nails" and it's in Har-Mar (across from the Roseville Target.) I think it was like $40 for a mani and pedi (for sure less than $50.)
