Where to buy Liquor?

So we are doing a backyard wedding, with the big tent and what not.  So we can provide our own booze.  We clearly don't want to run out half way through the night but we also don't want a ton of left over - does anyone know where is the best place to buy and if any places will let you return unopened bottles?

We are doing the backyard wedding and bought liquor and kegs at the local liquor store where FI's parents have shopped for years. He gave us a pretty good deal.


Since we are big wine drinkers we ordered through our favorite wine bar and worked out a pretty good price. It never hurts to ask!

Haskells is really good too.  The one by us in Chanhassen has lower prices on most hard liquor than we've found at any other stores around us.  Not sure on what their return policy is though.

Surdyk's!! They also have a sale each quarter on wine, followed by one one liquor. They indeed take returns, as well. Although I'm not positive how long after purchase you have to return.

Haskell's will let you return unused liquor. They have excellent customer service at the Minnetonka location.
