I got back from our tasting at Mendakota Country Club and am so excited about the food. I highly recommend this place for anyone's reception. Panko crusted walleye with minneosta wild rice and green beans. Balsamic chicken with tomatos, capers, garlic and artichokes not to mention the strawberry brie and spinach salad! I am SO happy with the whole venue. EXCEPT that they charge for your tasting (that sucks after we are going to spend a huge amount of money here) but we did get free alcohol out of the deal for the night.
