Does anyone of a good non-religious officient?

We are not getting married in a church, but still need an officient. I would like someone that has not religious because neither are we.

    He is religious, but he will do whatever ceremony you want. We are having a non-religious ceremony and it was important for us to find someone that understood that about us. He's great :)
