Cigar roller?

Anyone know of a cigar roller, or cigar "server" to hire for cocktail hour? I'm considering this as my gift to my FH and surprising him with this at our wedding reception, but I'm hoping to keep it at $500 tops, so I'm thinking it's pretty unrealistic. Catch too is that our reception site is residentially zoned, so no cash can exchange hands on site (which means open bar too...) so I have to be paying for everything, service and cigars. Anyone with reasonably priced suggestions, or alternative ideas??

A speciality cigar shop might be able to help. France 44 Wine and Spirits in Edina has a pretty big selection of cigars and they sell humidors, cigar boxes- stuff like that.

    Maybe they would know?
