My fiancee and I are getting married July 3rd in Elba, MN, but we live in Minneapolis. We have the spot for an outdoor wedding, and need to figure out our food situation! It's difficult to find local caterers or helpful inf online, and the closest biggest cties (Winona, Rochester) are still an hour away. Anybody familiar with the area or have chap/easy ideas on providing food for 50-100 people 2 hours away from home?
