My son and daughter-in-law booked Tall Timbers yesterday, so I thought I'd post about another venue I had spoken with as it might help others who are still looking.
Clintoville Women's Club is adjacent to the Park of Roses
http://www.clintonvillewomansclub.com/They have an outdoor setting for a ceremony for up to 140, but have reception space indoors for over 250. June 30th, 2012 is open for 12-4. They do the catering, including the cake, and you can bring your own alcohol. Plated lunch menus begin at $34 (+20% service charge) and include the cake, hors d'ouevres, coffe and tea as well as the meal.
