Florist recommendations in the western suburbs

Hi guys! I am looking for a florist for my wedding next June. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a florist that did a great job and also was really affordable. Our budget is running out a little, but I really want floral centerpieces on all my tables. Has anyone worked with Bellagala for flowers?  Thanks!!!

I've worked with Bellagala for our band. The overall coordination of the company was troublesome to me. While the band was great, they contract out for all their various options (like flowers) and did not communicate well with their vendors. After messing up several aspects of our wedding we did recieve a refund, but not much of an apology.

I'm using Jeni with Simply Stated Elegance.  She has been great to work with so far and is VERY affordable.  I believe she's located on the west side as well.

Lacey with Intuitive Blooms is who I am going with. I have heard great things about her work and she is very affordable for my budget.

I'm working with Bachman's and have found them to be very affordable and easy to work with, but I think you should have a really good idea of what you want if you use them - I don't think their forte is giving creative ideas or anything.  If the flowers they provide for the wedding are anything like what I've purchased in their stores, I know I'll be pleased!

Just a heads up if you are going to look at Jeni with Simply Stated Elegance, you need to be very specific about what you like and don't like.  I met with her and she was very nice, and I thought I was very upfront about not wanting roses, but her proposal included ALL roses!

It proposal was quite a bit less expensive than Hyacinth Events who we ended up going with, but I just couldn't get over the fact that she didn't listen to what I liked and didn't like.

She was nice, and cheap, so I would definitely check her out but be very specific!

Emily with Prairie Fair flowers does beautiful (and reasonable!) work if you're looking for a more natural aesthetic...

We ended up going with Molly with Studio Emme who made some beautiful bouquets for us!  She was a bit pricier, but really awesome.
