    Woop!! Long weekend ahead!!!

    Rant: I had too much fun last night and I am hurtin today.  I guess I am getting to old to stay up late and drink beer on a work night! Ha, I didn;t even drink THAT much.  Boo.

    Rave: My friend and I made a $3 bet together on a horse last night at Canterbury and we freaking won $150!! I think it went off on 45-1 odds.  Jackpot!

    Hope everyone enjoys the long weekend!!

    Rant: I SO don't want to be at work today- I am tired! Ok I think me not wanting to be at work could be a rant most days, I might need to find something new to rant about.

    Rave: Long weekend, with nothing concrete planned! Gonna get some things done (WR and NWR) and do a lot of relaxing, and I hope to make it to Our Idiot Brother with FI, and to the state fair one day. Oh yeah! And I start my month unlimited mystic and bed tanning at Darque tan. The best part is I paid only 30 bucks for it thanks to Groupon. Love me some deals!

    Rants: Getting my first Brazilian wax done today and I am soooo scarred!!!

    Raves: A weekend @ home to get lots done!!!  So excited to check many things off my list for wedding things and non wedding things!!!  Might attend the state fair if it doesn't rain. 

    I hope you ladies all have a fabulous long weekend!!!!

    Rants: I'm still 7.5 hours from a 3 day weekend.

    Raves: I'm only 7.5 hours from an awesome 3 day weekend! Double date at Khan's Mongolian BBQ tonight, my first facial at the Refinery and dinner with a girlfriend tomorrow night, and my family's big Labor Day blowout bash on Sunday-love my fam!

    Hooray!!!!!  Looking forward to seeing all the photos and enjoy some well-deserved R&R this weekend.  It seems like you have a lot more all together than I did at a week out, so everything will likely fall into place perfectly!

    <strong>Raves:</strong>  Is it nerdy that I'm super excited to start budgeting?  We're setting up our joint checking account tomorrow morning which will hopefully simplify finances a lot more... provided TCF just lets me add all his info to my existing account.  We'll be working a bit tomorrow afternoon, but after that... nothing but enjoying the rest of the long weekend!

    <strong>Rants:</strong>  The weather could be better.... humidity+heat and I don't get along well.

    Congrats on only having a week left Andi! Have a blast and can't wait for the pics. 

    Rant: Work isn't over yet. I wish my bags could just pack themselves also. But, small price to pay for...

    Rave: We leave for our honeymoon TOMORROW!!! So, excited!! We are headed to Tres Rios Mexico for 8 days of relaxation and all-inclusive goodness. Hoping to get to do some excursions while we are there too.

    Hope everyone gets to enjoy the long weekend!

    I totally just creeped on your website and am wondering if we are twins, our guys are wearing camo, we are doing pies not cake and I am current trying to talk him into wodden pie stands. Kinda freaking me out! lol

    Rants-Its not 5pm yet and its going to be COLD this weekend :(

    Rants: School and homework are taking up way too much time in my life right now. I am ready for this long weekend.

    Raves:  I am headed home today for the long weekend to spend time with my FI and my family. And I am getting really excited that we are taking our E-pics next weekend!

    Rant:  Kind of disappointed with how many people aren't able to come to the wedding, especially the fact that my only remaining grandparent isn't coming.  And one of FI's grandfather's isn't coming either.  Frown

    Rants: My mom is driving me up the wall with some of her comments about the wedding. I actually had to bite my lip from saying, "This is MY day...not yours!" when we recently spoke on the phone.

    Raves: Still making great progress on the wedding: met with a florist this morning, doing cake tastings tonight and tomorrow and registering on Sunday!

    Rant: I hate searching for new jobs. The teaching field has been so poor that I've had to do this every year. Now I'm looking elsewhere and changing careers is tough. 

    Rave: Going to the Ren Fest tomorrow! H and I dress up every year and tomorrow we are buying new costumes! I love to let my nerd flag fly. We got 2 4 1 tix, so we are set.

    Rant: Nada :)

    Raves: I have a couple! I have 2 job offers on the table right now with 2 more interviews next week so I get to make my decision next week!
    Next Thursday is our 2nd "Couple's Shower" by my FI's parent's friends! SO EXCITED! FI and I are down in the cities for a bunch of things last night, today and tomorrow and we're just hanging out and relaxing away from home! It is glorious!
