Guest List Manager??

Anyone else having major issues with the Knot's Guest List Manager??  I am having my guests RSVP to this for our at home reception, and I have have multiple guest say they weren't able to RSVP...at no fault to them as they are very computer savvy. 

It is also VERY, and I mean V.E.R.Y. slow when I edit or update guests and their info. I dont want to say it, but I hate it. I also do not like the fact that when guests RSVP they can not add a guests name, so if you invite a person and Guest, they have to RSVP as Guest, the cant fill their name in for you. LAME.

Yup.  It's been seriously sucking lately.  I got nervous so I just exported everything into an Xcel spreadsheet.

GUUR  why does it suck so bad! I guess that is what I get for trying to use a free service! 

I had everything in Excel first (so I do have everything in a safe spot), and put it into the KGM, but I hate that I look stupid to some of my guests now.

I was the original poster last month who had problems with the guest list manager. In my experience, it has gotten much much faster in the past two weeks, so I've apreciated the work they've done on it--but I don't know anything about the RSVP through the website and I'm sorry to hear that isn't working:(

I can say one recommendation for speed--for me, iit works a lot faster first thing in the morning---I had been entering things in the evening after work, and it seemed like that's when everyone must be on the site because it was a lot slower then (I don't know crowd use makes a real difference, but it was definitely faster in the am).  Try in the morning?
