XP: Snapfish vs. Shutterfly

(Also on June 2012)

As far as Photosharing and ordering actual Prints go, which one have you liked better?

I plan on creating a photo share and eventually order prints. I've liked what both sites have to offer, so I was wondering if there's anything I should know about :-)

I prefer Snapfish's quality of picture and color quality.

For wedding prints (and a wedding album in the end), I spent a little extra and used Mpix.com     Someone on the board recommended it and they are AMAZING. The quality is beautiful. If you sign up for the emails, they have occasional specials, but for a few 8x10s and 5x7s, it's definitely worth a few more cents per picture.

But, all in all I think Snapfish does a great job for very little.

<div>I second this, especially the Mpix part. I used Mpix for our engagement pics based on my photographer's suggestion - they were awesome. I wouldn't necessarily use them for candids from guests, but for pro pics, Mpix is the way to go.</div><div>
</div><div>We had a Shutterfly share site (I liked the larger thumbnails) but it would up being kind of confusing for guests and not that many people uploaded to it. Now, that could just be my guest list, or it could be that most of my guests were more familiar with Snapfish. If I had it to do again, I would do whichever is the simplest for guest uploading.</div>
