I used Smart & Chic Bridal for both my hair and makeup. I had Amber B as my makeup&hair artist and she was phenomenal.

I keep going back and forth between a salon vs. someone coming to me. Right now I'm leaning toward someone coming to me, my mom, FMIL and my WP simply for convenience and there are several hotels by my venue- so could easily rent a room somewhere that could eventually turn into the room FI and I spend our wedding night in. Haven't decided on anyone yet though :-)

I'm going with Julie Swenson.   http://www.mybeautyphd.com/  $50 hair, $50 makeup for bridesmaids.  $200 for brides which includes trial run and hair and makeup.  Complimentary airbrushing if you have a VIB card otherwise it's $15 for airbrush or lashes.  Moms partial makeup and hair is $75.  $25 travel fee per artist.
I just booked her so I'm still figuring out details.  She doesn't make you pay a deposit so we'll see how the trial run goes!

I'm using Kira from MUSE onsite. She did my engagement makeup and it turned out really well! She also does airbrush and fake lashes.
