Tanning Recs

I am starting to look into different tanning salons and just wanted your input. Who has the best bang for a buck and who should I stay away from?  At this point I just want to get a base tan, so no spray tan just yet. TIA!

    I always like to find salons where you pay based on a session not by minutes. Just so that I can up the minutes without it costing more. But I am in Mankato currently so I am sure my recomendations would not help.

    Not sure where you are located but I have always gone to Cabana Tan.  I know there are several south metro locations but not sure of elsewhere... And I cannot get their website to load right now so I can't check.

    depending on where you are located, Planet Beach has a groupon or similar for 35 dollars for a month unlimited of tanning. I would so do this but I don't live close enough to the locations :(

    I've gone to Darque Tan for the past 3-4 years. I'm a monthly member so I get points and perks, but new customers get their first two weeks off. What I've done in the past is to go to one salon after another, using their new customer deals! Most places give you the deal without making you buy anything up front.

    My hometown is Anoka. I know they have that new darque tan right off round lake blvd.  Also I have gone to Body Image in Andover (still right off of Round Lake Blvd)  :)  Two good tanning salons

    I was told by my dress store not to get a spray tan as its sugar based and can ruin your dress. I'm not a tanner but thought I would pass that info along

    I have heard good and bad about spray tans, so I am still unsure about them, but usually by august, I have so many different tan lines that I will need to do something with them to even them out. Thanks for all of your help ladies.
