Hi again ladies!

So, we're doing a destination wedding. I'm looking for a photographer for engagement session ONLY. Two questions:

1. Any recommendations on this? I'd be willing to spend a little more ($500-$600 for an hour or so) since Im stuck with a photographer I don't LOVE for the wedding as our choices are limited, so I'd like really nice engagement photos.

2. Is my $500 or so a reasonable cost expectation? I have no idea what this should cost as most vendors I see throw on engagement sessions for free w/ a wedding package...which obviously won't work.

I third Troy with PixelPosey. He was highly recommended to us (from musicalsunlight) and we booked him for our engagement and wedding photography. He is a great guy with great prices. It's worth a shot!

I fourth Troy with Pixelposey He has really become "the photographer" of my group of friends, and he's even shooting a friend's wedding in Puerto Rico this coming February, so he will travel if you can and want bring your own photog. His pricing is very reasonable.

Sscholfied - I remember him talking about a wedding that he's doing in Puerto Rico when I met with him to book him! He's such an amazing and laid back guy. I'm so grateful for TK and all of the recommendations you ladies have offered!
