When to start photo booth?

 Im a MOH of my friend's wedding and im surprising her with a photobooth. Found  a photo booth at a good price. Im wondering when is a good time to start the photo booth? I was thinking of surprising her  when i say my toast? I believe we are saying our toasts before eatting.. would this be ok?

 Any feed back would be great!

    We had ours setting up during dinner so that they were ready to roll when the dance started.  I think announcing it during the toast would work out nicely with that sort of timeline.
