Imagen Photography?

Hi all,

I am having issues contacting Imagen.  We have reserved them for our wedding this July and would like to setup our engagement shoot date and time, however, I am not getting any responses via phone calls or e-mails.  I found a similar post about 6 months ago with others having issues contacting them. 

Does anyone have any idea what is going on or has anyone been in contact with Lizzy or Alex?  We would greatly appreciate it if anyone can help or give us any additional information.  Also, if anyone has any additional contact numbers that would help.

We had similar problems when we were still planning on using them. My fiance had better luck getting in touch with them as phone calls from me never went answered or returned until he called and told them I was trying to contact them. Good luck!

Hi -

Did you ever get this resolved?  I am using them for my wedding as well and just emailed Lizzy on Tuesday regarding our engagement shoot and she responded today.  A two day turn around time seems pretty good to me.
