getting new drivers license & social security card

Hi ladies,
Does anyone know if you're supposed to apply for your new license, etc by a certain time after the wedding?  (I used up all my vacation time at work and I really don't have time to do that stuff for a while).  Does it matter if I wait a couple months?

I want to say that there's a timeframe in which you have to change your name, like how you have to get a new license w/in 60 days of moving. But I just tried looking and couldn't find that anywhere, so maybe that's not the case.
