Hello! 

Has anyone recently used Michael Barber of Journal Weddings?  Just curious how your experience has been and if you have been able to reach him.  I was married almost one year ago and I am having difficulties trying to get a response from him regarding my wedding albums.

    Hmm, you have been married a year and still no albums? I think I would be calling the Attorney General and Better Business Bureau offices. Have you already paid for the albums?

    Correct!  No albums and they have been paid for.  I'm giving him one last chance to respond and then I will be contacting the AG and/or BBB.
