It finally happened....

... my first full blown wedding dream.  Thankfully, nothing went too terrible!  I woke up almost in tears though. haha.  The venue in my dream definitely wasn't my 'real' venue, though.  It was this tiny little old church out in the country; weird.

Anyone else been having any wedding related dreams??

I did- I had one that my Fiance was super drunk during the Ceremony and I stopped the Wedding to Yell at 2 of the groomsmen I knew were responsible. The Priest refused to marry us since he wasn't in the right state of mind to commit. (thank goodness we are getting married by a JOP first - so it wasn't a huge deal)

The funny part is that my Fiance isn't a big drinker - I told him about it and he laughed and told me he will make sure not to drink and drinks from the 2 groomsmen :-)

The past three nights I have had crappy wedding dreams of varying sort.  Not fun, not fun at all.  Nothing bad happens with my FI and I.  More just a change of venue that nobody knew about, or somebody special doesn't show up....annoying!

    I totally have them!

My favorite one when I didn't have any time to get ready for the wedding and we couldn't find a dress. My MOH and I had to find anything white for me to wear down the aisle which ended up being a white trash bag that we bedazzeled- I had my hair in a pony, flip flops, and no makeup and everyone else was dressed up! I woke up in a panic! LOL

Oh my goodness I have had nightmares!  FI and I were visiting my mother (who gives me nightmares anyways sometimes :( ) and got into a few aruments about things wedding related.  All the night I was there I had wedding dreams that were not good.  One night my dress was ruined by our flowergirls minutes before the cremony, the next night FI left me a note at the altar saying he ran off  with MOH, and the last night I drempt our honeymoon cruise ship got taken hostage by pirates and we weren't allowed to see each other for a month.  All of these are nowhere near from the truth but i think the tension surrounding the wedding with my mom is what spurred em.  Haven't has any more since!

I had my first one the other night:

I was walking down the isle with my dad and when i got up to my FI, he was in Jeans and a striped Polo. I just started crying and after the ceremony I asked him why they werent wearing tuxes and he said they were on back order (REALLY!!!) and he didnt tell me because he didnt want me to get upset. YIKES!  HA HA!!

I had this one a while ago. My dress arrived at the venue we were getting married at (wasn't our actual venue) and I hadn't seen it since I'd ordered it. When I opened the bag there was a yellow dress (kind of looked like my old prom dress), not my beautiful wedding dress that I ordered. We tried the place where I ordered the dress, and they didn't have the correct dress, so I walked down the aisle in a yellow prom dress.

It didn't make sense, who would first look at their wedding dress they order about 15 minutes before they're walking down the aisle... Wedding dreams never seem to make much sense i guess.

I have them all the time!

My recent one was horrible. I was getting ready for the ceremony and all of a sudden I was in a different place. I asked my mom what happened to the wedding and she said it happened the night before. I was so sad that I couldn't remember any of it. All that hard work for nothing!

I have them all the time when I'm into planning mode.  I've actually made myself quit planning and just post on the boards for the last couple weeks, and I've slept much better.

Anyway, the last one I had had me at this manor house or some such place on top of a hill that was hard to drive up.  My mom insisted (as in IRL) that I have my dress custom made, since I'm short-waisted and I tend to have problems with clothes looking right because of it (this is true).  When I got there, my mom was a complete bitch (normal) and this "dress" she made for me was this ginormous shapeless sack with long sleeves, all in plain white satin.  It's so damn ugly and there's nothing I can do about it.  IRL, I'm planning to go dress shopping alone specifically so this kind of thing doesn't happen.
