St Croix Vineyards or Northern Vineyards

Have you been to either?  I am hosting a bachelorette day event and was considering taking them to one of these places.  Thoughts?

    Just had part of my bachelorette party at Northern last Sat :)  It was my 2nd time going there and it was a good time.  There ended up being only 7 of us and I think they require a 12 person minimum to do the "party" that we did but ended up only charging us a fraction of the price for the people who didn't show/we didnt have.

    What we did was a tasting of 8 wines.  We did 4 of the wines, had a tour of their facilities, had food catered in (which was AMAZING..we did the pizza and pasta buffet...we all LOVED it), and then tried the last 4 wines.  We also got a 15% discount on any wine purchased that day.    It's about a 2 hour get together.  If it hadn't been raining we could have had it out on there 2nd level deck which faces the river.

    I've had a good time both times that I've been at Northern and the wine was very tastey :)  Let me know if you have any other ?'s!

    Our family has gone to St. Croix Vineyards since I was a child and we continue to go every year in October. Absolutly love it, wines are good, people are great. Althought we've never done a group party with them.

    Also Aamodts Apple Farm is connected to them.
