Anyone use multiple jewelry stores?

I realize it would be easiest to get our wedding bands at the same place we got my e-ring, but I am very unhappy with the service at that place.  So we're thinking of getting our wedding bands somewhere else; has anyone else done this?  I'm concerned that it will end up being such a hassle to have to take my e-ring to one place for the rhodium dips & cleaning, etc, and the wedding bands to another store.  Not sure what to do;  I don't want to give that place any more business, but I also feel like I'll regret giving myself more work in the future (every six months forever!).

Mine are from two different jewelers.  My e-ring was from Kay and I found my wedding band at the jeweler's store my parents had used for forever when they went out of business.  I talked to Kay about how they'd handle it if I chose to have them soldered together (we have the extended service/replacement plan) and they said that once they're attached, they treat it as if it was all one from their store and the warranty applied to both.  I have a strong feeling that type of policy varies from store to store though so it might make sense to ask!

I only have my e-ring so far, but we are sticking with Shane for our bands. Their warranty is wonderful! I would check it out. You can get your ring cleaned whenever you want!

My DH bought my e-ring from Blue Nile (the online jewelry store) and while my e-ring is wonderful and amazing and we got it for well under its appraised worth... neither of us were crazy about the "matching band" so we scouted around for something that fit with my ring and found it at Rogers and Hollands. Funny thing is, this ring looks more closely matched to my e-ring and was like $250 cheaper than it would have been with Blue Nile.

Like Witty said, at least some stores (R&H included) will treat the two rings as one if you get them soldered together. I haven't gotten mine done yet, but plan to... at which point R&H will assume responsibility for both rings and give me R&H rates for any maintenance or repairs.
