I kind of admire you, Enchanted. FI and I knew we wanted to get married when we were your age, but were too chicken-sh** to actually do so until now ;-)

I beat you all! I'm 38 and FI is 35. I never could have gotten married in my 20s. Ewh the boys I dated then. But by the time I was ready all the men were taken!  I finally found a good one left. It just took him 5 years to feel ready.

Aww, thanks.  I feel like I always get a ton of negative reactions, like "don't you want to finish school first?" "don't you think you should establish your career first?" blah blah blah.. I'm like, why would I want to do all that alone when I could do it married to my best friend?
