Bridesmaid Presents

Help! All the little details are settling into place BUT presents for the bridal party are giving my fiance and I a headache! We want to do something different (not the typical cuff links, etc because our bridal party has been in quite a few weddings already) but we really dont know what to do....any thoughts? I have bought my girls their earrings and bracelet for the day already but want to do an extra something special.

Thank you all!

Something really personalized w/o spending a bunch of money (yet something they'll actually use) would be personalized stationery. I use these as gifts for everything these days: http://www.fifipaper.com/FIFINotecards.html
Anything that's more about them rather than a traditional gift I think is good.
Groomsmen on the other hand -- they are tough!  Again, I think something different for each one -- like a gift card to somewhere you know they'll go and something to go along with it. (ex: A  sporting goods store gift card and some golf balls, or a Best Buy gift card and a video game, etc.)

    Good luck!

I agree with pp. FI and I had a hard time as well for our girls and guys. I ended up getting one girl an engraved bookmark (bc she is going off to college), one a wristlet that she can put cards & cell phone in bc she is not a purse girl, and so on. FI his best man a grill set bc he loves to camp and grill out. Another guy he got a series of books and a bookmark to go with it. I think this gives you the idea. I would just try to individualize it. Shop for them like you would their bday or any other holiday. That should help.

I posted this awhile back, but Von Mauer has really cute towels with initials on them. They are on the Von Mauer website under robes. Here is a picture. I got a white one and am giving all my girls one with their initial on it. I am kind of doing a theme with initial items...candle with their initial, stationery, etc.

They also have these towels on Etsy or you could just get plain ones and have the initial sewn on. I think it will cute for pictures to have everyone wearing them while we get ready.

we are getting our groomsman duffle bags with their initials...eddie bauer has great ones but lots of websites have other ones.  we thought of this after i noticed that everyone of my fiance's friends carrys their stuff around in plastic bags lol

i'm getting my girls necklaces to wear for the wedding, but i picked something simple that they could wear again, and i'm going to put it in a jewelry roll with their first initial (found both on etsy)
