Bridesmaids hair appointments?

What's the etiquette on scheduling hair appointments for the bridesmaids? Let me preface by saying that I am planning on paying for half of each girls 'do. So is it okay for me to go ahead and schedule for the same place I'm going, so we're all together? Or should I still ask them individually what their plan is and offer the 1/2 off if they do it at my salon?

I would for sure ask them individually. That just shows that you are thoughful and want their opinion too. Since you are not paying for 100% also part of the choice needs to be theirs.

I emailed my girls and asked them if they were interested in hair and/or makeup before I made the appointments.  I left the decision up to them and told them up front that I would pay for half of their hair do and what their cost would be. But I'm not too picky about everyone having hair and makeup done professionally...some people are good at doing their own or they might not have the extra money.

My salon does giftcards, so I plan to include that in their card with their gifts.
