Hi ladies. I got married on May 1, and I always found these reviews helpful...
VENUE: Pinnacle Golf Club - A+++++++++
We had both our ceremony and reception at the Pinnacle. It was amazing. Their wedding coordinator, Lisa Bapst, it unbelievable. She's super helpful and nice and accommodating. The best venue coordinator I met (and I looked about 13 venues). The palce is gorgeous and everyone loved the food. It was pricey but worth every penny.
WEDDING PLANNERS: A Flawless Affair - A+++
This is a fairly new team of three ladies. Admittedly, I was a little apprehensive at first because I have a strong personality and so does the main planner. But, it was absolutely the best decision I made in a vendor. I'm a control freak who works long hours, so I didn't have time to plan but was worried about letting anyone else plan my wedding. I learned to trust these ladies, though, and they were just as much of perfectionists as I am. They worked for almost two days to make my reception hall absolutely perfect. I can't praise these girls enough. They have a great eye and great attention to detail. I simply would not have had my perfect wedding without them.
PHOTOGRAPHER: Lotz Studios - A+
This was the easiest vendor for me to choose. Mike and Kim were awesome. They do great work and are just fun to be around. Kim actually helped to keep me calm before I walked down the aisle. They became like friends even though they were always totally professional.
MUSIC: Hoo Doo Soul Band - A
The music/band was the only thing my hubby cared about. After searching far and wide, he settled on Hood Doo. They were a bit of a challenge to contact and communicate with, but they are great at what they do. They learned a song for us for our first dance. They started later (dinner went late) and took more breaks than I thought they should, but my husband told me they were awesome so I'll take his word for it.
