Minnesota-Minneapolis and St. Paul

Wedding Bus/transportation

Both our ceremony and reception are at the same venue so we won't need any transportation until after the reception. Because most people will be drinking or from out of town, we want to get a bus to transport people from the reception to their hotel.  Anyone have recommendations on cheaper party buses to rent?

Many of the bus companies have a two-hour minimum, but using a school bus vs. a coach bus will save you money. I've been working on the same thing - I've contacted Minnesota Coaches, Voight Bus Co. and Lorenz Bus. All the prices were comparable, but the Minnesota Coaches rep was really really nice - so that's who we're planning on using.

Does your hotel offer a shuttle?  We are going to be using our hotel's shuttle service for our wedding.

They do, but its a $300 charge and the bus only holds 12. I was thinking I could find something cheaper and hold more people. I just have to compare all my options
