Like half the ladies on here... we just booked with Jeff Perila to do our cake!  Thanks so much for the recommendations :)  I have an awfully tempting leftover lemon raspberry torte cupcake calling to me from my fridge!

We're doing a 2-tier (bottom tier raspberry lemon, top tier oreo fudge crunch) "stucco" style cake for 50 people and four 1/2 sheet cakes (1 marble, 1 french vanilla with white chocolate mousse, 1 oreo fudge crunch and 1 raspberry lemon)!

    I liked all the flavors we tried!  I thought the plain french vanilla with buttercream needed an extra kick and wanted to add that amazing white chocolate mousse to everything... but my fiance wouldn't agree :)

    He had us try the flavors as cupcakes and we had four kinds... raspberry lemon torte, oreo fudge crunch, chocolate+french vanilla cake with white chocolate mousse+buttercream frosting and french vanilla with buttercream.  I let my roommate try my leftover cupcake and she loved it :)

    This post reminded me that I need to order some cupcakes for my shower :) and also is making me freakin hungry....

    In addition to our wedding cake and cupcakes, Jeff is now making our Groom's cake (a surprise for FI) - stoked!
