Noerenberg Gardens & parking

Has anyone gotten married or been to a wedding at Noerenberg and had parking issues?  They only have 50 spots (which aren't reserved for the wedding) so I'm really concerned about not having enough spots for our 150 guests. 

I've looked into renting a charter bus...if you have any suggestions on that front, please let me know.  Thanks!!

    My family lives about a mile away from there, and I'm pretty sure that you can park on the road just outside the gardens. You might want to check, but I wouldn't imagine it would be an issue.

    I LOVE the gardens! We thought about getting married there before deciding to have everything in the city.

    Thanks, the park district told us that any cars on the road would get ticketed but I'd hope they wouldn't be strict given the circumstances!
