SuperRN I think you were the one that worked with a Customer Service Rep about your Macy's rewards ...
I purchased our Dishes from our registry and had them shipped to our new address hoping they would get there last wknd while I was there. They didn't. UPS will only hold them at their pick up site for 5 days. I wont be back there to pick them up by then. So I am trying to contact Macy's to change my shipping address, as UPS wont fwd them anywhere.
Who did you work with? I am finding their customer service hotline to be very unhelpful
