D'amico Brides

For those of you using D'amico catering, what vegetarian dish did you pick??
We only tasted the Angel Hair Pasta Cakes and didn't like them much so we don't know which one of the others to pick!
TIA
Kate

I tried the vegetarian Lasagna and thought it was pretty tasty.  Very cheesy.  Don't know if you are vegan though.

Thanks!  It actually is just for our guest we never pick on before we sent out the invites because we are just having a chicken or vegetarian option so we put picture of a chicken and a carrot. Now, I can not believe how many people are asking for specific info and other request like pork or non dairy!! I was kinda annoyed because we invited them to our wedding and are treating them to a nice dinner it isn't a short order restaurant!
    Thanks for your help!

    Sorry!
I didn't mean to sound insensitive...I know that people do have different dietary needs but these were request from people whom I know do not have dietary needs!!
    Just to clarify!!

That's my fear too. I just talked with my coordinator though and she did say we could do specific plated dinners for guests that  needed it. I am doing a buffet which has a few (3 sides) that do not have meat in them.  I have also run into the request about gluten free.

Not insensitive.  Just challenging because if you want to keep your costs down you don't necessarily want 4-5 meal options.  I think that perhaps you can keep the salad non-dairy, non-meat or a side or 2 non-dairy. That would allow someone to at least eat a few things on their plate. I don't think you have to address every single thing that comes up.  the pork question is weird IMO.
