We are doing cupcakes and having 6 flavors-mainly because everything was soooo good and we wanted a variety-if people wanted more.  We didn't want jut chocolate, or just vanilla.  We also ordered about 60 more than our guest count   Extras are always nice!

I Want Cake

2 or 3 flavors would be nice, but more is always great.  But then you leave your guests struggling over what flavor to try (a problem I wouldn't mind at all)!

I personally am obsessed with cupcakse and love when people do them!  I would say anything over 3 is very generous!

We are doing cupcakes and having 5-6 different flavors, however, the bakery did warn us that having multiple flavors often means you should buy more cupcakes than you have guests so that if they want to take more than one you don't run out. That was something I hadn't thought of until she told us that it has happend on more than one occasion.

we only did 2 flavors for our cupcakes
