Rehearsal Dinner Location - Woodbury/ Oakdale?

We are looking for a nice, low cost location to have our rehearsal dinner in the Woodbury/ Oakdale area. We had a location, but looks like it might fall though.  My fi is a GM of a restaurant in WI, so we'll be bringing in our own food and hopefully the booze. Just need a room! I know this is going to be a challenge!

Thanks ladies

The only place I found that I could bring in my own food was the hotel we are having our guest stay @.  HIlton Garden Inn in Oakdale.  You can't bring in your own alcohol though.  If you are interested in speaking with them, I can give you a name and number.  Let me know.

If you find a place to bring in your own food and alcohol though...let me know because I would be very interested also.

Gosh - the only places I can think of would probably be one of the meeting rooms of a hotel or one of the meeting rooms in Central park (but they may have  a strict alcohol policy).  I can't think of too many restaurants that are willing to take on the liability of their staff serving food prepared elsewhere incase there are problems.

We are having our reception at K & J catering in North St. Paul.  You should check into it, they are family owned and very reasonably priced!

I should have mentioned that they have a large room, but they also have a smaller room which would accomodate a rehearsal dinner.

You can use my parents' pole barn in Woodbury, they're cool with it ... ;)

    Maybe not, lol.

I would check out the Sheraton in Woodbury. They have banquet rooms (although I'm not sure you can bring in your own ... I hope you could?), and it's got a more modern look than the other hotels there because it's newer.
