MOB Dresses

This is last minute - but my Mom will be coming to the Cities this afternoon evening to do some shopping. We both agree she needs to start getting serious about MOB dresses as we are about 5 months and some change away.

We don't have time to hit up the MOA (So nordstorm is out this trip) as is Stillwater - but we are open to other ideas.
She is set on visiting Macy's... any other recs?

TIA ladies!

If you can make it over to Eden Prairie, Von Maur has a nice selection!

I second Von Maur!!! Lots of beautiful dresses. Also - sometimes Macys has some nice ones and even Davids Bridal has some dresses (not many) but they do have kind of that Adrianne Pap...? style with the shutter pleats.

I second Herberger's.  I rarely ever find anything for myself, but I always notice how much MOB-style dresses they have.  The Galleria has some good stuff, too, and it's kind of between MOA and Eden Prairie.  It's spendy, but might be worth a peek.

I suggest Dress Barn. I've found tons of cute dresses there, and my mom found some of her MOB stuff there as well.

we found a dress but we both hate the color so I have to do some research and see if the designer offers different colors. My Mom started a diet a lil while back and she has lost 20 lbs beats my 8! LoL more motivation though!

Wow I am jealous that your Mom is getting a move on it!  Lol.  FMIL's mom hasn't even started looking for her dress and we're 3 months out from the wedding.  Not that it's a *huge* deal but I can't pick out/finalize all the flowers until she gets her dress and I just hate having this overwhelming to-do list hanging out and am eagar to check things off now that CAN be checked off (unlike other things that cannot be done until later, like placecards and such that need to wait for invites to go out, and RSVP's to come back etc.

Whew sorry about that, went off on my own lil rant there ;)

Anyway good luck and let us know if she finds something!
