Three Sons Kitchen and St. Anthony Main?

Hello ladies!  I'm a lurker on the boards and we're currently thinking of booking at the St. Anthony Main Event Centre for our wedding.  We have seen the space and like it, but weren't in town long enough to schedule a tasting with Three Sons Kitchen (we don't live in MN anymore and won't be back until this summer-- too late to find a new venue).  Has anyone been to a wedding they've catered or used them and can vouch for them?  Or can give us any insight into the St. Anthony Main Event Centre in general? Thanks in advance!

We're having our wedding there in August.  We don't do the tasting until April though.  They had told us we will do it four months prior to the wedding.  I love the space!  I can't wait for our tasting!

i am doing my wedding reception there and i would totally recommend i LOVE them. They are very accommodating  and they itemize everything so you don't have to pay for something you don't want. I am doing my tasting at they end of the month but my sister's friend had her wedding there and got tons of compliments on the food. PLUS it is such a gorgeous place!!

I am having my wedding at their other location, Blaisdell Manor, and had my tasting in December.  Everything was fantastic, and they were very willing to work with the little tweaks we made (ie a little less garlic, a little more salt, etc).  They're great at getting back to you as well in a timely fashion.  One thing I didn't know until after meeting with them is that if you book at Blaisdell Manor you can BYOB from their liquor supplier (which means we're paying regular prices, and about $1,300 for an open bar all night with tons of choices), as opposed to St. Anthony where it's the usual type of bar deal.
