Fun GTG Today!

Thanks to everyone for coming to the GTG at Queen of Cakes today!!  Terri taught us how to make mini wedding cakes - so fun.  I think I've almost perfected my dots-not-kisses design.  Maybe... Their (brand new!) design center is beautiful - I wish it were around when I was doing my tastings there.  Terri and her staff do amazing work, not to mention how tasty their art is!

And thanks to Michelle from Delight Photography for taking photos during the GTG - can't wait to see them on her site.  We took pictures of our mini wedding cakes, and Michelle also took some candids during the event.  She was so fun to chat with this evening!

And last but not least, thanks to Christine's Floral Touch for all of the beautiful flowers!  So many cute centerpieces - the orchids were TO DIE FOR.  Seriously, you all who are using her are so lucky.

Thanks also to Julie from The Knot for the cute give away bags and for pulling everything together - we had a lot of fun!  Couldn't have done it without you.

I'll post pictures once they are emailed out.  Thanks everyone for coming!  It was great to see some new faces.  Hopefully we can have another GTG like this in May maybe?  We'll see :)

    Thanks LittleSweetie and all the vendors for putting this together! It was a blast! If there is another GTG in May I will be there!

    Ooh fun!  I wish I could have gone.  I am working almost every Sat/Sun now... unless I take it off, for like the bachelorette party, the shower, and oh, the wedding... :)

    Will there be one in April, or are they held every other month?
    I'll keep my eyes peeled... :)

    Pics are awesome!  We really do look like professional cake decorators :)  It really was a ton of fun and great to connect with everyone in a non-virtual world!  Thanks to LittleSweetie and vendors!
