I've been so overwhelmed lately by work/school, that trying to find time for WR projects has become really stressful (which totally bums me out b/c I really have loved wedding planning). I had no idea how many decisions and negotiations are involved in finally putting all the details into a wedding invitation. I am breathing an epic sigh of relief tonight that they are finally in the mail!!! I said many prayers this morning as I walked into the post office hoping I wouldn't be sidelined by a postage snafu or get any crap for wanting to hand cancel them. Luckily the guy at the Diamond Lake Station was a gem!
Anyway, a huge thank you to Paper Rock Scissor for coming up with an invitation suite that perfectly matches our style. My DIY-ish part of the process was finding all of the vintage stamps and paying only 90% of face value...oh and tying lots and lots of baker's twine (total PITA). Thought I'd post a few pics of how things turned out. Thanks for letting me gush Ladies!
...and we had our first Crate & Barrel box waiting on our steps when we got home, the day just keeps getting better
