We went to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico for a week!  We booked it about 3 months beforehand

We went to Costa Rica for 2 weeks and booked air and hotel about 5 months in advance.

We're heading to Australia and New Zealand THIS WEEK!  We knew that we were going to go after the wedding, but we started planning in Feb of this year.

Headed to Belize. We booked about a month ago because the prices had dropped.  Seasonally it seems to me that prices increase close to holiday's for booking. There is usually a drop in Feb-March and then again in August. But that has just been my experience.

We're flying into Phoenix and doing a 10 day road trip through Arizona and New Mexico. I booked our tickets about 4 months in advance (used SkyMiles) as well as the rental car and I just finished booking our lodging two weeks ago. (In other words, I procrastinated.)

We are going to Mexico, one week! We booked the room about 10 months, but we have a time share were using, so we probably should have done it sooner. Air we booked 5 months in advance.

We're going to Costa Rica for a week (NEXT week to be exact - yahoo!)
We booked our flight 11 months in advance. I know, it's insane. But it was such a good deal we took the plunge. We waited to book hotels and such until about 5-6 months before.

We're going to the Bahamas this Sunday for 8 days and we booked in February

We were half-a**ed thinking about driving the PCH next spring, then realized the timing wouldn't really work, so we're going to try to make it an anniversary trip. We want to do a mini-moon for a long weekend one of the first weekends after the wedding, but haven't booked anything. Not a big deal, since all we'll need is a hotel room, maybe in Duluth or Red Wing. Wedding is 11/6 this year.

We're going to New York City - spending 3-4 days there, then renting a car and driving up to Boston - spend about 1 day/night there, then driving up to the coast of Maine and staying at a resort.  We haven't booked our tickets yet but we'll go sometime next summer!  My fiance would go crazy sitting on a beach all week or even just going somewhere tropical in the summer, so I thought this was a good option for us!
