Hair and make up trial with Smart and Chic (Cathi) - PIP

It's way to fun to have someone else doll you up. What do ya'll think of these?
Note: I have a large headpiece of ivory/dusky rose cloth flowers and silvery/shimmery leaves that will also be a part of this 'do. She's also going to add more twists on the "smooth" part of the hair to give it more texture.

As for the make up, I wasn't a huge fan of such thick eyeliner on the bottom lids. Kinda freaked myself out when I looked in a mirror. This was also after trying out the airbrush and then taking that "face" off, and reapplying with normal foundation. I didn't love the look of the airbrush - it looked too "mask-y" to me.

I think your makeup looks wonderful. Maybe it's just the picture, but I really don't see thick eyeliner on your bottom lids... so perhaps it works better on camera than in person.

Well, my sister and mom loved it in person, too ... I just felt like it wasn't me. Up close it looked too racoon-y and I just didn't feel comfortable. Thank you for the compliment, though! :)

I agree, I don't see the heavy eyeliner. I'm guessing you're not used to wearing eyeliner in general? I think it looks great, like it's just enough to make your eyes pop without being too much.

You look great! I LOOVE the hair. I think your make up looks great, but if your not comfortable with it then you won't feel comfortable at your wedding so IMO you should try again and find a look that your comfortable with.

I love both your hair and your makeup!! I don't think the liner looks heavy at all but you need to be comfortable!

I LOVE both! But agree with PP that if you're not comfortable with the amt of makeup then scale it back :-)

I really liked Cathi - she's doing my makeup & hair too - awesome!
