Hello ladies... 

Starting to try and get numbers together with the fiance and one of the big unknown numbers is the phtographer.

So... 

Who is your photographer? 
Average cost?
What is included?

    Her costs start at $2K...I think.

    She has many different packages. We went with a middle package that had 2 photographers, with us all day, all rights to photos, an album, canvas print, engagement session, password protected website for viewing, cd of all images, etc. She did a FABULOUS job. Her are a few pictures she recently sent me.

    Their costs depend on what you are looking for in a package, and they can make up a package just for you if you like things from one, but not from another.

    $1700 for her package which includes 6 hours of coverage, engagement session, full printing rights, dvd & online gallery. You can add more hours, second shooter etc. if you want.

    Sara Montour-

    Her package was 2500 for 8 hours coverage, digital negatives of all wedding photos, and a free engagement session (although you would have to pay for any engagement photos you wanted) and an additional 750 if you wanted a stop motion photo booth. I did the photobooth and I am very happy I did. it was great to get some wonderful pics of our guests!!  And I love her work :)

    You get all day coverage with a photog and an assistant, e-pics, and a third shoot of your choice.

    I'm still waiting on my e-pic shoot, but they were very professional during the shoot, and I'm expecting fantastic photos.

    We have only done E pics with her and loved them.  I can't wait till the wedding!

    Ditto Britt!  Her base package is now $1900.  We paid $2300 for base package, 2nd photog, and an extra 3 hours of coverage. 

    I would totally AW some pics...but I don't have my pro pics back yet.

    Simple Impressions.  We wanted something more than just the sit & smile traditional E photos and wedding photos.  So pleased with our engagement photos and I know our wedding photos are going to be amazing!!!!!!!

    It starts at about $2k and goes up from there. You can choose what you want in the package as far as time, boudior/trash the dress shoots, photobooth, image disk, etc. Engagement photos are always included. I really love her style.

    We used Snap.Grin photography and loved every minute with them.  We even got compliments from our guests on how awesome they were :)

    We paid $1000 for all-day, all proofs, e-pics, etc.  BUT we booked them almost two years ago (holy crap), and I know their rates have gone up since then.  Totally and 100% recommend them though!

    Ben Berndt Photography!  In case you need more websites to slog through... :)

    We booked him at $1800 for 10 hrs.  2nd photographer and engagement photos were extra, but so worth it.  I believe he's upped his rates to $2k, but he's phenomenal and worth it.  Some wedding photos are linked to in my bio below as well as the second photographer, Evan Uribe of Lumen Photography, who also does weddings on his own and is also amazingly talented and even more reasonably priced.

    I'm using Pixelposey Photography, the main photographer is Troy. After meeting with him, it really clicked that he would be a great style choice for us. I love his work and his pricing is reasonable for how great he is.
