I need a cake..... however.....

My FI and a good chunk of his family is Lactose Intolerant. He's also allergic to tree nuts and bananas. I can't seem to find too many places out there that will make a cake that doesn't have any dairy, bananas, or something like almond extract.

I did find one place that could make lactose free cake, however all the flavors involved almond extract and the only one that didn't was banana... Completely struck out there.

Anyone have any suggestions?

French Meadow Bakery?  Not sure if they do wedding cakes, but they accomodate a lot of allergies.  Good luck!

We used, and a lot of ladies use Jeff Perlia from Sweet treats by Jeff.  I didn't have that exteme on allergies, but he worked with me.  I think he is worth contacting if you haven't already.

I'd look at French Meadow and The Wedge.

Are you completely set on cake? What about an alternative dessert for guests like pie? You could have a cake to cut and then give people a choice of desserts so that all allergies can be accomodated.

I'd also recommend trying Whole Foods bakery.
