I'm looking for ways to cut costs as opposed to cutting guests. We are pot lucking our reception dinner, and are not spending more than $2500 on our reception venue rental, we are also planning on providing the main entrees (roast beef and chicken), rolls, drinks (NAB, wine & spirits), our cake, and inexpensive favors. Does anybody have any novel or maybe less obvious ways to cut costs as opposed to cutting out integral family members? All advice is appreciated
