Travel agent suggestions needed

I've been researching places to travel for the honeymoon and finally decided on the Excellence in the Riviera Maya. I've heard from multiple people that it is best to use a travel agent to book your honeymoon since it is so important, and I agree. My problem now is figuring out who to use. I've talked to multiple travel agents..basically everyone tells me they will price match with the lowest price, (which so far seems to be on expedia). Soooo, any suggestions on what criteria I could use to help me figure out which one to book through? Or any suggestions/experiences you have had with agencies? Thanks!

Im using Steve Curnow from Beach Bum Vacation for my  destination wedding next summer in Cancun. BBV is not a local company, but Ive heard nothing but good things from all the agents there. You can contact him at 18779438282 ext 17 and their web address is www.bechbumvacation.com. Oh and could you let him know you were referred by Joeanna.

We just got back from EPM a few weeks ago and booked with Nancy at Island Getaways.  Nothing but nice things to say about Nancy.  They really helped us out when we arrived in Mexico and realized we were going to miss our connecting flight on our return.  They took care of all the issues getting us rebooked on another airline.  Lots of positive feedback on the honeymoon board too.
