Reception Site: Town Pavilion

Hi!  I’m a new bride to be and have been researching reception sites in the KC area.  I toured the Town Pavilion downtown and liked it a lot but I haven’t been able to find any reviews on it.  I’m concerned with the sound since it has such high ceilings.  Has anyone been to a wedding/reception there?     We are having our wedding and reception there. I felt the same way so I asked Sharron about it. She said that they remodeled about a year ago and put something behind the walls (I can't remember what exactly) so that it wouldn't echo. Sharron is so great to work with, I would email her and she could tell you. I also talked to a bride when I went to tour the place and she told me that Sharron was great and took care of everything. HTH

    We're havng our reception there in July. Sharon has been wonderful to work with so far. She told us the same thing about the high ceilings. Our DJ has done several events there and said it was a great space.

    I was at a bridal show there last year and the sound was fine. I liked the space alot.
