Ok, so I have to rave about another vendor who has come through for me in the hour of need.
My ering came from a private jeweler's in Florida. My wedding band came from my mom's friend's jewelry store in Maine. I live in KC. Therefore, no piece of my jewelry actually came from anywhere here so it was a pain trying to find someone who would still treat me with care even if I hadn't just spent a ton of money there.
When my mom's friend ordered the band, she waited until the VERY LAST SECOND! When it finally got here on Monday it was not one but TWO sizes too big. I called around frantically trying to find a place that would resize it quickly; most of the chains said at least two weeks, and some said they wouldn't do it at all! wtf...?
Finally I called Joslin's because they are right down the street (Antioch and 95th). I spoke to the owner and he told me to come in that day (Tuesday) and he would help me. I brought my ring and the band in, expecting just to have enough time to get the band resizes. I spoke with Beth who understood the time crunch I was in, and assured me that they would have it done by Saturday. She also said they could re-plate my ering (it's white gold and hadn't been re-plated since I got it almost two years ago) and solder them together by then too! I expected to get them on Saturday...
I got a call today and they were done!! TWO DAYS! And they look so AWESOME together!!

I am totally pleased and think Joslin's went above and beyond to help me out. I will definitely be going back to them for any of my future jewelry needs. Plus, they have three certified jewelers on site, the owners are certified in diamond rating (IDK what it's called but it's the big certification), and none of their sales staff works on commission.
