Best Hy-Vee?

I'm thinking we'll go with Hy-Vee for the cake and flowers, but I hear some Hy-Vee's are better than others.  Does anyone know which Hy-Vee is best?

There is one in Mission that is supposed to be very good at their wedding cakes and flowers.

I was just going to post that I used Mission and LOVED them!!! They were fabulous!!! I just used them for flowers but i have heard great things about their cake too!

We are also using Hy-Vee in Mission. The floral department has been great so far.

I am a cake designer at one of the Overland Park Hy-Vees, and I think we are alright!! lol but there are other designers that are better for sure. Stephanie in Belton is amazing, if you are on Facebook look at the "Hyvee cake Belton" page and look at her stuff, she wins almost every contest she goes in.

And like the others said, Mission rocks too.

I chose Mission because it was the closest to my venue, but I have been so pleased with everything so far!  I was (am) a Stowe bride, and Kim, the catering manager there, was actually the one who called me to tell me the Stowe building had been closed the day the Fox problem solvers report came out (and if I had waited for the Stowe people to call me, I would still be waiting).  I let her know about our new venue and mentioned that it was a lot further north, and she said it would be no problem and they would accommodate us easily!  They have been really flexible with our budget-we booked them for catering and will also book them for our cake.  I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them, although e-mail is definitely the best contact method for them, over the phone.

Thanks for the recommendations!  We met with the Mission Hy-Vee for flowers and booked them on the spot.  Loved them.  Great at giving tips to cut costs without really sacrificing.
