NWR: What will you miss most about being a "single gal"?

... for me, it'll be making all the plans I want w/o checking with anyone else. :-)

I'd been "on my own" for so long that it had never really been an issue. I guess I'm lucky that FI wants to spend time with me though! ;-P

    I've never really been single as an adult.  I had a serious boyfriend from age 18 to 21, and then FI was the immediate rebound.

    Once, early in the relationship, I went out to play pool and have drinks with a male coworker to see what dating would be like and I wasn't a fan of it.  I think it would have been interesting to have more dating experiences, but I would so much rather have a husband than have had more dates!

    My last name!  No one can pronounce it or spell it and I am trading it in for a much simpler one but I will still miss it.
