You may have heard how the Stowe Building got shut down and the owner gave me only 4 days to rebook my wedding else where. What you may not know is that he has NOT refunded my near $2000 that I've paid him and my wedding happened in April. Another thing you may not know is he is now resorting to threatening text messages in the middle of the night stating it doesn't matter if we go to court I'll never get any money from him, he is also threatening to sue me for talking bad about him!!! Want to know what other WEDDING BUSINESS this guy runs so you can avoid him and his bad business practices?

Just an FYI that if he treats me this way when I was a customer that was paid in full for his other business, I bet his bad business practice may follow him to those businesses too! He is slick...don't trust him! EVERYTHING he's told me has been a lie! He said I would get my money back a week from my wedding...it's now 3 months did he think I'd just forget?

    OH PS...because of him we have had to cancel our Honeymoon to Florida we were planning on taking this summer! He HAS OUR MONEY AND WONT GIVE A REFUND!

    Sorry to hear about your situation. I suggest posting this information to Yelp and other review sites so that it can easily be accessed by other brides.

    I was also a Stowe Bride with no refund for the money we paid.  I sent an e-mail to the Fox 4 Problem Solver reporter, and she said to file a claim with the Missouri Attorney General, so if you haven't done this, I would.  We booked him for photography as well as the reception, so we're waiting for a $1000 refund.  What's worse is that my sister recently went to a wedding at the Mission Theatre for which he was the photographer, so, he's still collecting money from brides.  Maybe someday we'll get our money?
