I have 2 of these grey suits for boys. Comes with the shirt, tie, vest, pants and coat. Both are size 6. Niether have been altered. Worn for just a couple hours by my little ring men. We just used fabric tape to temporarily hem the pants and it worked out great. Everyone LOVED these little suits, I got sooo many compliments on them.
