Im having a problem finding a dress for my mother. she wears a size 16 or 18 and I have been all over!! Please help if you know of eny places to go

    My mom got hers at Nordstrom's and H's mom got hers at Dillards.

    My mom got hers at JC Penny and FI mom got hers are David's Bridal. Both are plus size dresses.

    Why do you need to find a dress for your mom?  She's not in the WP so she can wear whatever she wants.  Relax, take a deep breath, then let her know that whatever she wears is ok because most importantly she will be there to see you get married.

    FMIL called me up one day and asked if I wanted her to wear a specific color. She mentioned that she wanted to wear black, but WP will be in mostly black. I took this as an opportunity to have all the parents wear the same color :) FFIL is GM, so he won't be, but my dad will wear his dress blues, my mother looks GREAT in blue - and blue and green are our colors. Super excited :)

    We're shopping in August for the dresses when all the moms (FMILx2 and MOB) are in the same city. sosososo excited !! I think we'll go to Oak Park Mall to see what all the shops there have to offer. We're also going to hit up clearance racks from Penny's, Dillards and Macy's.
