....means nothing to me this week since I'm working 10 days straight!  I'm ridiculously busy but the good news is I may have found someone to marry us last night, yay!

This weekend is filled with football games and laundry.  What are y'all up to?

TGIF!!!! Erbear--awesome check about finding someone to marry you! FI and I will be with family tomorrow for a picnic, and Sunday we are finally we meeting with a videographer that is in our budget. I plan to work on more DIY stuff this weekend as well. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Yay ERbear on finding an officiant.

FI and I are going to a wedding tomorrow night so that will be fun.  Then Sunday we are spending the day with his parents because they are leaving for Italy next week and have been asking to see DD before they go.  I also need the last ten addresses or so then I can mail out all the STD's.

Happy hour with the work crew tonight then possibly hanging out with my two local BMs.  Tomorrow I've got some shopping to do and some flea fighting to do.  My darling dog must have picked up the little buggers when we boarded her over Labor Day weekend and now they've come back even after numerous flea baths and washing of linens and vacuuming.  I'm going to try a couple of those bug fogger thingys, take her to get a professional flea bath somewhere, wash and vaccum everything all over again and apply her flea meds early.  Ughhhh.  Wine cruise tomorrow night, yay!

lch--did you try buying frontline? when we have a dog, she also picked up fleas and I went to petco and bought it.... its worth the cost--it works!

Tomorrow I am off to a bachelorette party in Niagara Falls!  Lots of planning for me but I hope the bride enjoys and everyone has a good time.  Hoping I will have a chance to address my STD's as well.

Christine-Daisy was on Frontline for the last year.  Apparently in Florida and the Southeast in general, we have crazy mutant fleas.  I JUST bought a 6 month supply of Advantix b/c all of my friends' dogs have had flea problems but I used my last dosage of Frontline 2 1/2 weeks ago.  I have to wait a few days to put Advantix on her but apparently Capstar is a $6 pill that works for 24 hrs so I will probably pick up a couple of those to use in the interim until I can put the Advantix on her.

Erbear - congrats on finding someone!

Fleas - I have a friend in Maine who had a HORRIBLE infestation just 3 days before they were set to receive their foreign exchange student.  Took LOTS of washing and she bought those cheapie flea collars at Walmart and put them all over her house.  I also saw a ton of facebook pics of dogs who ended up with blisters from one of the flea meds - the one that you apply directly to the skin.  Don't remember which one it was, though.  At any rate, I hope they are gone soon!

Today, I am working on our programs, place cards, and out of town bag inserts, as well as wedding timeline cards. I've been struggling all morning with my rehearsal dinner invites.  I got a cute mason jar template online, but when I enlarge it, it looks like garbage.  ACK!  Tomorrow I have a lunch/shopping date and Sunday is our usual cleaning day.  Or in my case, I clean while df sits on the couch and watches 12 hours of football.  lol
